Let me get something and show it up front now. Play it.
That addressed, here I go:
It’s a good thing those cars didn’t die on their owners or suffered more damage, because unless they had a support crew or a rescue airlift hotline, they’re pretty screwed. I laud them for braving the elements in cars like those, but at the same time, I can’t help but wonder if they even planned to really go there. Because all I can think of is: “They didn’t do their homework”.
As for that guy who said if he had the means, he’d do a similar trip on a similar exotic, good luck. I hope you get good backup and a good exit plan, because nothing else will do.
